Who is Uncle Pep?

Uncle Pep served as a Merchant Marine in the U.S. Navy during WWII, spending much of his life at sea. When he was home, his greatest joy was experimenting in the kitchen — jarring everything from peppers to his own dandelion wine. He passed down his most cherished recipes and, by following them like a pirate’s map, we uncovered a true hidden treasure.

Though we lost our beloved Uncle Pep in 1995, his spirit lives on in every bottle. We’ve inherited his passion for craft and carry forward his tradition with our premium cocktail mixes — each one made with the same care, creativity, and freshness he poured into every jar.
